I came across this article on Mail Online UK while searching for some nice pictures on music staves.
Apparently, this guy saw a picture on of birds perched on electrical wires taken by a journalist of that publication and that inspired him to notate a piece of music based on the position of the birds on the wire as show in the photo.

I actually think that that was a work of God, which suddenly brought to mind a hymn I used to sing at school: "This is my father's world" A stanza in the lyrics goes like this:
This is my Father's world,Did you see that??!! Indeed, the birds declare their maker's praise!
the birds their carols raise,
the morning light, the lily white,
declare their Maker's praise.
